On it's way to becoming veggie chilli

My lazy evening veg chilli.

Ingredients and method:

Take some quorn mince, beans and in this case also chickpeas, any veg you have, can of chopped tomatoes, tbsp tomato purée, chillis, paprika, cinnamon, pepper, salt and sugar to cut thru the acidic tomatoes.



Serve with wholegrain rice and sour cream or cottage cheese.

Voila!
